Lost packages must be reported to tenderglowtallow@gmail.com for claim filing. USPS packages must be in transit for 15 days before a claim can be filed.
We are not liable for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, refunds cannot be issued. Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding missing packages.
We do not refund shipping charges for delays caused by mail carriers failing to meet guaranteed shipping times. Please contact carriers directly regarding undelivered items.
